Add your branding
Company name, logo, contact details, VAT TRN and your standard terms. They appear on every quotation.

Choose free zone, mainland or offshore, the emirate, activities and number of visas. Add your fees, then insert government fees from our verified list.
Share and follow up
Send a private link by WhatsApp or email, or a PDF. Your client can accept or ask for changes, and you see when they open it.
What goes on each quotation
- Setup type (free zone, mainland or offshore), emirate, authority and free zone
- Business activities, picked from about 500 activity names or typed in
- Number of visas and office type
- Grouped fee lines: government fees, licence, visas, office, your service fee and other costs
- Quantities, unit prices, VAT per line, subtotal, VAT and grand total
- Validity date, notes to the client and your terms
- Quotation number, date and your company branding
Your prices and verified fees, clearly separated
Clients are used to "all-in" packages that hide what is a government charge and what is the consultant’s fee. Each line on your quotation shows where its price came from:
Official fee ✓
A UAE government fee taken from our verified fee list. Each one was checked on the authority’s own website, and the line keeps the source link and check date. It is marked official only while the amount matches the published fee.
Your price
Everything you enter yourself: your service fee, free zone packages, typing and courier charges, and any fee that depends on the case. You stay in control of the price.
We do not publish or pre-fill free zone package prices. Zones change their packages often, so enter the current price from the zone’s official price list. Our free zone pages show indicative ranges for planning only.
Sharing that respects your client
- Every quotation gets its own long, random link that cannot be guessed
- Set the link to expire after 7 to 90 days, switch it off, or replace it with a new one
- Shared quotations are hidden from Google and other search engines
- Your client’s email and phone number are not shown on the shared page
- Your client can accept, ask for changes or decline, and you get an email
- See when the quotation was opened and how many times

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an account, building quotations, sharing links and saving PDFs is free. Free quotations show a small "made with MyBusinessSetup" link at the bottom. Paid plans are not available yet; if we add them, the free plan will stay.
Where do the prices on my quotation come from?
You set your own prices. You can also insert UAE government fees from our verified list, each checked on the official government page with its source and date. Those lines are marked as official fees only while the amount matches the published fee. Free zone package prices are not pre-filled: enter them from the zone's current price list.
Can my clients see my other quotations or clients?
No. Each quotation has its own unguessable link. The client sees only that quotation, without your other clients or your private notes. You can switch a link off or let it expire at any time, and shared quotations are hidden from search engines.
Can I download a PDF?
Yes. Every quotation has a print-ready layout. Use "Download PDF / Print" and choose "Save as PDF". Your client can do the same from the shared link.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. If your business is registered for UAE VAT, add your TRN in your profile and 5% VAT is added to the lines you mark. If not, no VAT is added.
