1. Information only

Our guides, calculators, letter generators and fee lists are general information, not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. mybusinessetup.com is an independent website and is not run by, linked to or endorsed by any UAE government authority or free zone. Laws, fees and procedures change; always confirm with the relevant official authority or a qualified adviser before you act or pay.

We work to keep figures accurate and show sources where we can, but we do not guarantee that any page, calculation or fee is complete, current or suitable for your case.

2. The quotation app (MyBusinessSetup Quotes)

Your account

• You must give accurate details, be at least 18, and use the app for your own business.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been misused.

Your quotations and prices

• You set the prices on your quotations and you are solely responsible for them, for the services you quote and for your agreements with your clients. We are not a party to those agreements.
• Lines marked as verified official fees reflect the fee shown on the official page on the date we checked it. Fees can change at any time; check the source before you send or rely on a quotation.
• Free zone figures shown as indicative estimates are for planning only and are never added to your quotations automatically.
• You are responsible for VAT and other tax treatment on your quotations.

Your clients’ data

You may enter only client data you are allowed to share with us, and you must handle it lawfully. See our privacy policy.

Shared links

Anyone with a quotation link can open it. Send links only to the intended recipient, and switch them off or let them expire when they are no longer needed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app or its share links to send spam, mislead or defraud anyone, impersonate a government authority or another business, upload unlawful or harmful content, or try to access other users’ data or disrupt the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Free plan and future paid plans

The app is currently free. Quotations on the free plan show a small “made with MyBusinessSetup” link. We may introduce paid plans or change features; we will tell account holders before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or end the service, with reasonable notice where possible; if we close the app, we will give you a reasonable chance to save your quotations.

3. Content and branding

You keep ownership of the content you add (your logo, quotations and notes) and give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the app, including on the share links you create. The site’s own text, tools and design belong to us; you may quote or cite our public fee data with a link to the source page.

4. Availability and liability

The site and app are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on information, calculations or fees shown on the site or in a quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Links to other websites

We link to official and third-party websites for sources and convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
